The present invention relates to a novel process for producing ceramic materials, in particular refractory materials having a reduced relative density. In particular, the invention relates to a process for producing light, refractory materials having non-contiguous pores based on shaped and unshaped materials. These materials can be used as working lining in high-temperature applications. The process is based on the production of spherical, closed and isolated pores in the microstructure of the material. The pores having a pore diameter which can be set in a targeted manner are generated by use of polymer particles, in particular polymethacrylates, in particular polymers or copolymers prepared by means of suspension polymerization, as pore formers which can be burnt out. The polymers or copolymers are present in the form of small spheres having a defined diameter. The introduction of isolated spherical pores allows the production of ceramic materials having a sometimes significantly reduced relative density and improved corrosion resistance and better mechanical strength compared to the prior art. The specific, closed pore system at the same time contributes to reducing the thermal conductivity of the ceramic materials. In addition, the novel process has the advantage that there is no risk of formation of undesirable black cores, even in the production of thick-walled ceramic products.

The polymers or copolymers are present in the form of small spheres having a defined diameter. The specific, closed pore system at the same time contributes to reducing the thermal conductivity of the ceramic materials. Insbesondere betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung leichter, feuerfester Werkstoffe mit nicht zusammenhängenden Poren auf Basis geformter und ungeformter Werkstoffe. Diese Werkstoffe können als Arbeitsfutter in Hochtemperaturanwendungen eingesetzt werden. Dem Verfahren liegt die Erzeugung im Werkstoffgefüge von sphärischen, geschlossenen und isolierten Poren zugrunde. Die Poren mit einem gezielt einstellbaren Porendurchmesser werden durch den Einsatz von Polymerpartikeln, insbesondere von Polymethacrylaten, insbesondere von mittels Suspensionspolymerisation hergestellten Polymeren bzw. Copolymeren als ausbrennbare Porenbildner erzeugt. Die Polymere bzw. Copolymere liegen in Form von kleinen Kugeln mit einem definierten Durchmesser vor. Die Einführung von isolierten sphärischen Poren erlaubt die Herstellung keramischer Werkstoffe mit einem zum Teil deutlich reduzierten spezifischen Gewicht und im Vergleich zum Stand der Technik verbesserter Korrosionsbeständigkeit und besserer mechanischer Festigkeit. Das spezifische, geschlossene Porensystem trägt gleichzeitig zur Verringerung der Wärmeleitfähigkeit der Keramikwerkstoffe bei. 本發明係關於一種陶瓷材料的新穎製造方法,特別是具有低的相對密度的耐火材料的新穎製造方法。特別地,本發明係關於一種製造具有非相連孔之以成形及未成形材料為底質之輕耐火材料的製造方法。這些材料可在高溫應用中作為工作用襯層(working lining)。該方法是基於在該材料之微結構中閉合且隔離之球形孔的製造。藉由使用聚合物粒子(特別是聚甲基丙烯酸酯,尤其是利用懸浮聚合作用製備之聚合物或共聚物)作為可被燒掉之孔形成劑,產生具有可用目標方式設定之孔直徑的孔。該聚合物或共聚物係以具有所定直徑之小球體形式存在。隔離之球形孔的導入使能製造出與先前技藝相比之下具有有時明顯低的相對密度及改良之耐腐蝕性及較佳之機械強度的陶瓷材料。該特定之閉合孔系統同時對於降低該陶瓷材料之導熱性有貢獻。此外,本新穎方法所具有之優點是:即使在厚壁(thick-walled)陶瓷產物製造時,也沒有形成不想要之黑核心的風險。

Zudem ist ein dreidimensionales virtuelles Modell eines dem realen Objekt entsprechenden Idealobjekts (12') vorhanden. Um den Aufwand beim Ausrichten der Vielzahl der Kameras zu reduzieren, werden mithilfe einer Vielzahl von Zielmarken (23) auf der Oberfläche des Idealobjekts in dem dreidimensionalen virtuellen Modell Hinweise und/oder Steuerinformationen zum Ausrichten jeder Kamera ermittelt und an einer vorgegebenen Schnittstelle bereitgestellt.
