The invention provides a thermal treatment method of a low-hardness high-alloy seamless steel tube for petrochemical engineering. The method comprises steps as follows: the steel tube comprises components in percentage by weight as follows: 0.05%-0.15% of C, 0.25%-1.00% of Si, 0.30%-0.60% of Mn, 0%-0.020% of P, 0%-0.010% of S, 0%-0.20% of Ni, 8.00%-10.00% of Cr, 0.90%-1.10% of Mo, 0.005%-0.045% of Al ,0%-0.20% of Cu, 0%-0.20% of V, 0%-0.02% of Nb and the balance of Fe. The yield strength of the seamless steel tube after thermal treatment is higher than or equal to 205 MPa at the normal temperature, the tensile strength is larger than or equal to 415 MPa, and the hardness is smaller than or equal to 210 HBW.
