Diese Sollbruchlinie verläuft entlang wenigstens einer gummielastischen Klappe (4), die bei einem Aufreissen der wenigstens einen Sollbruchlinie (9) gespannt wird und die nach dem Druckausgleich dieser Sollbruchlinie (9) wieder schliesst.
