First content is received from a device of the plurality of devices in the established video conference. Second content is also received. A system and method are disclosed for controlling idle speed of an internal combustion engine. The system includes an engine speed sensor producing an engine speed signal indicative of a rotational engine speed of an internal combustion engine, and a control circuit. The control circuit controls the rotational speed of the engine between an idle speed reference and a maximum speed reference. The control circuit also modifies the idle speed reference as a function of the engine speed. Additionally, the control circuit may determine an engine acceleration rate as a function of the engine speed, and modify the idle speed reference as a function of the engine speed and the engine acceleration rate.

Security label

A security price label is provided for the purpose of printing the price of an item on the label at the point at which the item price is calculated electronically, e.g. by weighing at the point of sale (POS). The price label comprises a sticker having one face carrying an adhesive and an opposing face comprising a printable surface. The printable surface has a designated section 18 within which a price for an item, once calculated, can be printed at the point of delivery of the item to a consumer. The adhesive surface has a security element 20, e.g. an RF coil, attached thereto. The designated section does not overlap the security element. In this way the readability of the printing is improved because the printing element does not extend across edges of the security element. Passive low pass filtering is incorporated prior to the buffer amplifier to attenuate high frequency interference from the MRI system. Since the buffer amplifier requires no digital signals and does not emit high frequency signals, it does not interfere with the MRI system.

A managing network device of a communication network causes a securely connected client network device to perform an account authorization process with an accounting network device in parallel with a service matching process with the managing network device and one or more service providers of the communication network. The managing network device executes the service matching process and securely matches the client network device with one of the service providers. The accounting network device executes the account authorizing process with the client network device and provides a service voucher to the managing network device authorizing one or more of the service providers to service the client network device. The managing network device transmits the service voucher to the matched service provider to prompt the matched service provider to service the client network device.

Enhanced acknowledgement and retransmission mechanism

Protocol data units (PDUs) associated with a packet stream are transmitted with sequence numbers to support reordering and selective acknowledgement. A selective acknowledgement (SACK) message may be used to indicate at least one sequence number of a lost or corrupted PDU which was not properly received by the receiving device. Responsive to the SACK message, the lost or corrupted PDU is retransmitted via a different path of the network, different from the path used to transmit the original PDU. Lost or corrupted PDUs may not be retransmitted if the estimated retransmission delay is greater than a delay tolerance associated with the quality of service requirements of the application. Instead, a control message (i.e. “cut losses” message) may be transmitted to indicate that PDUs earlier than a particular sequence number will not be transmitted.
