B. ungefähr 300 DEG C) zu halten, bei oder oberhalb der Rissbildung in einem Laminat-artigen Sauerstoff-Sensorelement 10 aufgrund der Tropfen von Kondensationswasser. Die elektrische Leistung wird dem Heizer 14 so zugeführt, dass ein Pulssignal Sh vom Mikrocomputer 44 ausgegeben wird, so dass der Heizer 14 mittels einer Heizer-Steuerschaltung 34 mit Pulsen angesteuert wird.
