Abstract of the Disclosure A process is described for electrolyzing aqueous alkali metal chloride solutions in a membrane cell which contains an anode chamber with the anode and a cathode chamber with the cathode, the two chambers being separated from one another by a cation exchanger membrane. The cathode is porous and foil-like. The cathode and cation exchanger membrane form the cathode chamber which is filled with catholyte and the cathode and cell wall form a gas space. Water is fed into the cathode chamber and alkali metal hydroxide solution is withdrawn from it, hydrogen is withdrawn from the cathode chamber and gas space, and aqueous alkali metal chloride solution is fed into the anode chamber and gaseous chlorine, together with depleted alkali metal chloride solution, is withdrawn from it. A direct voltage which is at least the same as the decomposition voltage is applied to the cathode and anode. A higher pressure is established in the cathode chamber than in the gas space.

Fungal infections are difficult to diagnose. The most common filamentous fungal infection, aspergillosis, carries with it a high mortality. Culture of the organism is difficult and obtaining samples, e.g., though a lung biopsy, sometimes causes morbidity. Biomarkers that indicate ‘early’ infection in it development are sought after. One such biomarker is detection of galactomannan (GM), a polysaccharide that is attached to hyphal cell walls and secreted during growth of the organism. Galactomannan is excreted in urine. Disclosed herein is a lateral flow assay comprising monoclonal antibodies that recognize specific residues of Aspergillus fumigates for detecting GM in urine samples to provide a point-of-care detection device to allow for frequent screening and early diagnosis in patients at high risk for infection.

Danach wird der Stapel in einer Magnetfeldglühung zumindest zeitweise in einem extern angelegten Magnetfeld bei einer Temperatur (T2) für eine Haltezeit (t2) wärmebehandelt, wobei T2 zwischen 500°C und T1, vorzugsweise zwischen 650°C und T1, vorzugsweise zwischen 700°C und T1, liegt und danach auf eine Temperatur kleiner als 300°C, vorzugsweise kleiner als 200°C abgekühlt. Das extern angelegte Magnetfeld ist größer als das Hintergrundmagnetfeld.

Verfahren zum Herstellen einer CoFe-Legierung für ein Blechpaketin einem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel wird ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer CoFe-Legierung für ein Blechpaket bereitgestellt, bei dem ein Stapel aus einer Vielzahl von Blechen aus einer CoFe-Legierung mit 5 bis 55 Gewichts-% Co in einer Schlussglühung bei einer Temperatur T1 in einem Hintergrundmagnetfeld für eine Haltezeit t1 wärmebehandelt wird, wobei T1 zwischen 700°C und 960°C, vorzugsweise 720°C bis 950°C, vorzugsweise 760°C bis 920°C liegt. Danach wird der Stapel auf eine Temperatur kleiner als 300°C, vorzugsweise kleiner als 200°C abgekühlt. Danach wird der Stapel in einer Magnetfeldglühung zumindest zeitweise in einem extern angelegten Magnetfeld bei einer Temperatur T2 für eine Haltezeit t2 wärmebehandelt, wobei T2 zwischen 500°C und T1, vorzugsweise zwischen 650°C und T1, vorzugsweise zwischen 700°C und T1, liegt und danach auf eine Temperatur kleiner als 300°C, vorzugsweise kleiner als 200°C abgekühlt. Das extern angelegte Magnetfeld ist größer als das Hintergrundmagnetfeld.

During this, a pH at which the dispersion employed is stable, and the silver salt is reduced, should be maintained.
