A spirit level 400 is provided for indicating the orientation of a surface. The level 400 comprises: a first planar surface 410; a second planar surface 415; a web 405 coupled to the first planar surface 410 and the second planar surface 415 such that the first planar surface 410 is spaced apart from and is parallel to the second planar surface 415; a vial 435 having a long axis and containing a liquid and a gas bubble 450, the vial coupled to the web 405 such that the long axis is substantially parallel to the first planar surface 410; a slot extending 535 through the first planar surface 410 and the second planar surface 415; and a pair of grooves 540,545 including a first groove 540 through the first planar surface 410 and a second groove 545 through the second planar surface 415, the pair of grooves 540,545 spaced a first distance from the slot 535 to receive an end of a tube having a diameter corresponding to the first distance such that the pair of grooves 540,545 is operable to form ...

A level 400 is arranged to indicate an orientation of a surface. The level 400 comprises a first planar surface 410; a second planar surface 415; a web 405 coupled to the first planar surface 410 and the second planar surface 415 such that the first planar surface 410 is spaced apart from, and is parallel to, the second planar surface 415. A vial having a long axis and containing a liquid and a gas bubble 450 is coupled to the web 405 such that the long axis is substantially parallel to the first planar surface 410. A tube deburring portion 495 is coupled to the web 405 and includes a male conical portion 500 arranged to deburr an inner edge of a tube and a female conical portion (505,fig.10) is arranged to deburr an outer edge of a tube.
