Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, durch Chlorierung in inerten Loesungsmitteln erhaltene Loesungen auf dem Wege des destillativen Austausches des Loesungsmittels der Chlorierung gegen ein hoehersiedendes Lackloesemittel unter thermisch schonenden Bedingungen aufzuarbeiten. Es wird ein Verfahren vorgeschlagen, nach dem die entsaeuerte Chlorierloesung in der ersten Destillationsstufe bei Temperaturen unter 85 C auf 40 bis 50 % aufkonzentriert, in vorgelegtes Lackloesemittel abgelassen und in einer zweiten Destillationsstufe bei Temperaturen, die etwa 10 C ueber dem Siedepunkt des Lackloesemittels liegen, die restliche Menge des Loesemittels der Chlorierstufe entfernt wird. Die so hergestellten Lackstammloesungen besitzen Thermostabilitaeten, gemessen nach der Kongorotmethode bei 100 C, von mehr als 10 Stunden und fuehren zu Anstrichfilmen von besonders hoher Lebensdauer.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Lackstammloesung auf der Basis von chlorierten Polyolefinen. Ziel der Erfindung ist es, die Qualitaet der Lackstammloesung zu verbessern, insbesondere die Waerme- und Lichtstabilitaet zu erhoehen. Die Aufgabe besteht darin, ein Verfahren zu schaffen, dass der Lackstammloesung unter Verwendung von ungereinigten, bereits zur Chlorierung verwendeten Loesungsmittel und in Gegenwart von in Alpha, Betta-Stellung ungesaettigten Karbonsaeure bzw. deren Anhyriden,eine hervorragende Stabilitaet verleiht,die es gestattet, einen Loesungsmittelaustausch durch Umdestillation durchzufuehren. Als Loesung wird vorgeschlagen, dem zur Chlorierung verwendeten Loesungsmittel und ggf. der entsaeuerten Chlorierung eine im Loesungsmittel loeslich alkalische Substanz zuzugeben. Die Zugabe muss in den Mengen erfolgen, dass eine schwache Basizitaet erreicht wird und die Zugabe der bekannten Stabilisatoren nach der Zugabe der alkalischen Substanz erfolgt. Durch das neue Verfahren werden Lackstammloesungen mit hohen Gebrauchswerteigenschaften hergestellt und die Verfahrensstufe der Feststoffherstellung eingespart. Das fuer die Chlorierung zum Loesen des Polyolefins verwendete Loesungsmittel wird zurueckgewonnen und ohne aufwendigen Reinigungsprozess in dem Verfahren wieder eingesetzt.
