It is an object of the present invention to provide a resin composition for an adhesive having high gas barrier properties and laminate strength. 1. A resin composition for a gas barrier adhesive , the resin composition comprising a resin (A) having two or more hydroxy groups per molecule and a polyisocyanate (B) having two or more isocyanate groups ,wherein the polyisocyanate (B) is a mixture of a tri- or higher-valent polyisocyanate compound (b1) having an aromatic ring in its molecule and a polyisocyanate compound (b2) having no aromatic ring in its molecule.2. The resin composition for a gas barrier adhesive according to claim 1 , wherein the polyisocyanate compound (b2) is a diisocyanate compound.3. The resin composition for a gas barrier adhesive according to claim 1 , wherein the resin (A) has a main skeletal structure composed of a polyester claim 1 , a polyester polyurethane claim 1 , a polyether claim 1 , or a polyether polyurethane.4. The resin composition for a gas barrier adhesive according to claim 1 , wherein the resin (A) has an aromatic ring.5. The resin composition for a gas barrier adhesive according to claim 4 , wherein the resin (A) has a main skeletal structure composed of a polyester or a polyester polyurethane claim 4 , andan ortho-oriented aromatic dicarboxylic acid or its anhydride accounts for 70 to 100% by mass of the total amount of a polyvalent carboxylic acid component serving as a monomer component constituting the polyester.6. A problem of the present invention is to provide a laminate which can be used as a packaging material mainly for food and the like and which uses a sealant layer having a specific adhesive layer having the oxygen- or gas-barrier properties in order to exhibit the excellent oxygen- or gas-barrier properties. The laminate (A2) according to claim 1 , wherein the oxygen or water-vapor barrier adhesive (B) includes a resin containing a resin (b1) having two or more hydroxyl groups as functional groups in one molecule and an isocyanate compound (b2) having two or more isocyanate groups as functional groups in one molecule.3. The laminate (A2) according to claim 1 , wherein the main skeleton of the resin (b1) has a polyester polyol claim 1 , polyester polyurethane polyol claim 1 , polyether polyol claim 1 , or polyether polyurethane polyol structure.4.
