A communication method includes establishing, by a communication device, a first connection to a first network device and a second connection to a second network device. The first connection and the second connection are used to process a first service. The method also includes sending, by the communication device, first information to the first network device based on the communication device determining that a second service needs to be processed. The second service is different from the first service. The first information is used to request to disable the first connection or the second connection, or the first information is used to indicate the communication device to establish a third connection to a third network device. The third connection is used to process the second service.

The present invention discloses a method for accessing a network by UE, a core network entity, a base station, and first UE. The method includes: determining, by a base station, that first UE provides relay for the second UE; and sending, by the base station, a first message including a first identifier to the first UE, where the first message is used to manage a data radio bearer DRB of the first UE, so that the DRB of the first UE is used to transmit data of the second UE, and the first identifier is in a one-to-one correspondence with the second UE. Therefore, energy consumption of the second UE can be reduced, and a quantity of second UEs that can be borne by the first UE can be increased.

This application discloses a communication method and a communications apparatus, to overcome vulnerability of without-grant uplink transmissions to a collision in the prior art. The method includes: receiving, by a first device, an acknowledgement message group sent by a second device, where the acknowledgement message group includes an acknowledgement message of the second device for data sent by the first device; obtaining a first parameter, where the first parameter is used to determine the acknowledgement message for the data sent by the first device; and determining, from the acknowledgement message group based on the first parameter, the acknowledgement message for the data sent by the first device. In this way, whether data sent by a group of first devices is successfully received is confirmed using the acknowledgement message group, so that a collision probability in uplink transmission can be reduced, a delay in the entire transmission can be decreased, and feedback overheads of an acknowledgement message can be reduced.

Example hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback methods and apparatus are provided. One example method includes a network device obtains first indication information used to instruct a terminal device to feed back HARQ feedback information. The first indication information is obtained based on information amounts corresponding to a data channel and/or information amounts corresponding to a control channel that are in a reference slot and at least one first slot. The reference slot and the at least one first slot each correspond to a different component carrier of a plurality of component carriers serving the terminal. The reference slot and the at least one first slot have a same start moment, and at least two of the plurality of component carriers have different slot lengths. The network device sends, to the terminal device, indication information used to indicate at least the first indication information.
