Stabilizing belt clip

A belt clip for securing an article to the belt of a user is provided. A belt clip including a movable member and a stationary member, a first end of the movable member hinge coupled to a first end of the stationary member. A second end of the stationary member comprising a first locking tab aperture dimensioned to receive a first locking tab of the movable member and a second locking tab aperture dimensioned to receive a second locking tab of the movable member. The movable member and the stationary member spaced apart from each other to accommodate a portion of the belt of a user and the stationary member comprising at least one article receiving void for securing an article to the belt clip.

Flashlight with battery adapter

An example apparatus embodiment includes a flashlight operable from a primary electric storage battery and from another battery having an external casing that has a different outer diameter and possibly a different overall length than the primary battery. In some embodiments, a battery adapter extends a battery compartment to hold a longer substitute battery. In other embodiments a batter adapter holds a battery with a dimension, for example a diameter of the battery case, that is too large to allow the battery to slide into the battery compartment. Another example embodiment includes a battery adapter without a flashlight.

ADJUSTABLE CARRY STRAP

An apparatus includes a sleeve formed with a longitudinal interior void. A transverse aperture extends through a side of the sleeve into the longitudinal interior void. A cord passes through a first end and a second end of the sleeve, through the longitudinal interior void, and outward through a transverse aperture formed in the sleeve. The portion of the cord passing through the transverse aperture forms a slack loop held by a cord lock. The apparatus may be used to suspend an object from a person's neck or shoulder. 1.
