The invention relates to a preparation method of an aluminum alloy lead-free soldering wire with a flux and the flux, which is characterized in that the lead-free solders comprise tin, silver, copper, aluminum and zinc alloy; the lead-free flux comprises the following substances according to the weight proportion: 10 to 20% organic carboxylic acid and derivative active agent, 10 to 15% high boiling point solvent, 0.1 to 2% fluorocarbon surface-active material, 0.1 to 0.4% corrosion inhibitor, 40 to 50 % water soluble resin, and the remaining amount of solvent isopropanol, ethanol and deionized water. The invention is applicable to the lead-free aluminum alloy soldering, which is prepared according to the properties of lead-free solders and the soldering process.
