The invention discloses an abnormal event alarming method, an abnormal event alarming device and an abnormal event alarming system. The method comprises the following steps of: when an abnormal event is detected, acquiring a preset destination mobile station integrated service digital network number (MSISDN); sending the preset destination MSISDN and information-sending-mode indication information to a modem; after a feedback of the modem that the destination MSISDN and information can be sent is received, acquiring alarm information corresponding to the detected abnormal event; and sending the alarm information to the modem, so that the modem sends the alarm information to the destination MSISDN in the information sending mode through a mobile communication network. By using the invention, related personnel can be informed of the alarm information timely and then handles the abnormal event timely.

The invention relates to the field of video monitoring, and discloses a digital video recorder in a video monitoring system and a network connection control method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: when the residual bandwidth is not sufficient to support newly added code streams, lowering the code stream characteristics step by step to adapt to the overall bandwidth, recoding all the code streams by using the adjusted code stream characteristics and transmitting the code streams, so that the digital video recorder can support more clients by using limited bandwidth while viewing the monitoring video; and when the number of connected clients decreases, under the limit of rated overall bandwidth, trying to rising the code stream characteristics, thereby realizing code stream adjustment in a self-adapting mode.
