A working fluid containing dispersed abrasive grains is used in abrasive machining, and a used working fluid contaminated with cutting chips or swarf produced during the abrasive machining is processed by first filter device, so that the abrasive grains in the used working fluid is recovered in the form of a suspension to provide a reclaimed working fluid in which the amount of the cutting chips is reduced. The used working fluid is reclaimed by the device, and the useful abrasive grains included in the used working fluid can be efficiently utilized without being discarded, whereby the abrasive grains in the working fluid is effectively utilized and the working cost is reduced. The device employs a so-called cross flow filtration system, wherein filtration films have mesh openings which are sufficiently smaller than an average grain size of the abrasive grains. Accordingly, when the used working fluid flows through a circulating path in the device, only the cutting chips are passed through the mesh openings together with a portion of a medium liquid while the abrasive grains are circulated in the circulating path with the rest of the liquid without deposition on the films.

When the door is closed, a hinge pin is locked at one end of a hinge groove, keeping the cam mechanism in a first locked position. As the door is opened, the hinge pin is guided by the hinge groove and a guide pin is guided by a guide groove, permitting the door to rotate and slide. Thus, the hinge pin is locked at the other end of the hinge groove, bringing the cam mechanism to a second locked position. A boss slides on a rib and thereby maintains the second locked position, permitting the door to rotate about the hinge pin. ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides a process for preparation of a mutant strain of B. bronchiseptica having chromosomal genetic markers carrying at least temperature-sensitive (grown at 42°C), nalidixic acid-resistant and heat-labile dermonecrotic toxin producing ability negative markers preferable for preparation of live attenuated AR vaccine, which comprises subjecting a naturally isolated parent, wild or virulent strain of B. bronchiseptica, to growth at 42°C in the presence of nalidixic acid on a Bordet-gengou agar plate to induce mutation, isolating a mutant strain having the genetic markers of being at least temperature-sensitive (grown at 42°C), nalidixic acid-resistant and heat-labile dermonecrotic toxin negative, culturing the mutant strain of B. bronchiseptica resulting from the induced mutation on a Bordet-gengou agar plate containing nalidixic acid at 42°C, thereafer picking up an organism morphologically resembling a phase-I organism, and repeating the procedures of cultivation on the Bordet-gengou agar plate and picking up phase-I organisms. Also provided by the invention is a live attenuated AR vaccine for prophylaxis of B. bronchiseptica infection, which comprises B. bronchiseptica phase-I organisms of strain B-42 having chromosomal genetic markers of being temperature-sensitive (grown at 42°C), nalidixic acid-resistant and heat-labile dermonecrotic toxin negative.

All packets between the upstream node and downstream nodes are forwarded by the SDN box. The SDN box acts as a 'PCI-E switch', which interconnects the upstream node to each downstream node and forwards the encapsulated packets (the inner is PCI-E packets). During the whole communication process, the upstream node treats downstream nodes as ordinary local PCI-E devices.
