Disclosed are an intracellular delivery vehicle the surface of which is covered by a positive charge, an intracellular delivery complex in which the intracellular delivery vehicle is filled with a component or compound of interest, a temperature-sensitive probe including the intracellular delivery complex, and a method for measuring the temperature inside a cell by the temperature-sensitive probe. Provided is a method for introducing into a cell a temperature-sensitive probe comprising a copolymer containing a heat-sensitive unit and a fluorescent unit. This method uses the above copolymer also containing a cationic unit as a temperature-sensitive probe and includes a step for mixing the copolymer with a cell in a solvent. Due to the presence of cationic groups, the copolymer can be used suitably as a fluorescent temperature sensor for measuring the temperature inside a cell because the copolymer can penetrate inside the cell without using any special method.
