The pin body has a tubular body with an axial bore therethrough, and comprises a connecting end with an engagement section. The pin body connecting end is connected to the bit head connecting end such that the engagement sections overlap. The electrically insulating gap joint fills an annular gap between the bit head and pin body engagement sections such that the bit head and pin body are mechanically connected together at the connecting ends but are electrically separated. The electrical conductor has one end electrically contacting one of the bit head and pin body, and the other end communicable with electronics equipment. 1. Compositions and methods for producing a manufactured product, a method for making a liquid absorbent, and processes for disposal of flammable liquids with a flue gas desulfurization by-product. The compositions for the manufactured products combine a binder and the by-product. The composition contains a greater percentage by weight of the by-product than the binder. The methods for producing manufactured products include dewatering the gypsum-depleted waste stream to reduce a water content, and forming the manufactured product. The method for making a liquid absorbent includes dewatering, granulating, drying, heating, and packaging a granulated gypsum-depleted composition as the liquid absorbent. The processes for disposal of flammable liquids include distributing a by-product into contact with flammable liquid, absorbing the liquid, transporting, and igniting the flammable liquid. The artificial soils are a combination of by-product and animal waste, human waste, or another bio-solid. 1. A method of making a manufactured product using a waste stream from a flue gas desulfurization process that has been depleted of gypsum so that the waste stream is enriched in a by-product , the method comprising:reducing a water content of the gypsum-depleted waste stream to reduce a water content thereof; andafter the water content of the gypsum-depleted waste stream is reduced, forming the manufactured product using the by-product contained in the gypsum-depleted waste stream.2. The vehicle includes an engine positioned forward of an operator area and a swing arm coupled to the single rear ground engagement member. The operator area of the vehicle may include seating for a driver and a passenger. 1. A vehicle , comprising:vehicle frame comprising a frame sidewall providing a substantially flat surface, the surface having at least one pair of recesses therein;at least one alignment arm having inner ends for mounting to the frame sidewall and outer ends, the inner ends having couplings comprised of pivotal portions and fixed portions, the pivotal portions being at least partially positioned within the recesses, and the fixed portions being attached to the substantially flat surface.2. The vehicle of claim 1 , wherein the frame sidewall is defined by a unitary steel plate.3. The vehicle of claim 1 , wherein the frame sidewall is defined by a plurality of steel plates positioned in a common plane.4. The vehicle of claim 1 , wherein the vehicle frame is defined by two frame sidewalls in a substantially V-configuration.5. The vehicle of claim 4 , further comprising at least one alignment arm extending from each frame sidewall.6. The vehicle of claim 5 , wherein the frame sidewalls are each defined by a steel plate claim 5 , and the recesses are defined by apertures cut through the steel plates.7. In a co-rotational scroll apparatus having two interleaving scroll wraps secured to end plates rotating about parallel, non-concentric axes, a precharging device affixed to one end plate and substantially enclosing the scroll wraps and the second end plate. Preferably, the precharging device includes a cup-shaped drive housing secured to one end plate and enclosing the scroll wraps, and a flexible torque-transmitting member connecting between the enclosure member and the second end plate. Apertures are provided in the enclosure member to permit fluid flow into the space enclosed by the enclosure device, with vanes disposed adjacent the apertures to force fluid into the enclosed space during rotation of the scroll wraps. Fluid thus forced into the enclosed space is precharged prior to entering the scroll wraps, being at higher pressure than fluid exterior the enclosed space, improving the operating efficiency of the scroll apparatus.
