A micro-molecular crystal is manufactured by the technology of dispergating/gumming, and a high-purity Si-O-Si molecule after hydrolysis/condensation by the mode of sol/gel is sprayed on the surface of enamel to lead the molecule to permeate into the frosted enamel crystal, so as to be evenly combined with the enamel crystal with destroyed bond structure, thereby manufacturing a surface like a lotus leaf. Furthermore, the iron pan has the advantages of high hardness, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, evenly heat transmission and easy cleaning as the molecule permeates enamel base material.
