The coupling comprises a first connection which has torsional strength and does not transfer axial force. The coupling comprises a second connection, which is mechanically uncoupled from the first connection and is compression proof and does not transfer torque between the drive shaft and the feed screw. The measuring element is arranged in the force path A of the second compression proof connection but is not also in the force path T of the first connection. Thus, during operation, measurements in the measuring element are not falsified by torsional forces.

A temperature sensor has a sensor tip and a front for measuring the temperature of the inner walls of tools, particularly inner walls of injection molding tools. The tip of the temperature sensor has two thermocouple wires of a thermocouple. Each thermocouple wire of the thermocouple guided to the front is welded to the sensor tip up to a depth which is larger than the total processing depth behind the front. The sensor tip is processable by removing of material at the front up to that processing depth.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kupplung 3 für eine Kunststoffspritzgiessanlage, welche eine Antriebswelle 1 mit einer Schnecke 2 verbindet, wobei die Kupplung 3 mindestens einen Kraftsensor 15 mit einem Messelement 16 zur indirekten Ermittlung des Düsendrucks umfasst. Die der Erfindung zugrunde liegende Idee besteht darin, dass die erfindungsgemässe Kupplung 3 eine erste drehfeste, keine Axialkraft übertragende Verbindung 28 sowie eine zweite, von der ersten Verbindung 28 mechanisch entkoppelte druckfeste, kein Drehmoment übertragende Verbindung 29 zwischen der Antriebswelle 1 und der Förderschnecke 2 umfasst. Erfindungsgemäss ist das Messelement 16 im Kraftpfad A der zweiten druckfesten Verbindung 29 angeordnet, der nicht auch im Kraftpfad T der ersten Verbindung 28 ist. Dadurch werden im Betrieb Messungen am Messelement 16 nicht durch Torsionskräfte verfälscht.

Während einer Messung wird ein Ladungssignal Q, das vom piezoelektrischen Sensor 10 aufgenommen wird, am Signalteiler 40 in zwei oder mehr Teilsignale Q1, Q2 und Qi aufgeteilt, die je in einen der Ladungsverstärker 20, 21, 22 gelangen und dort verarbeitet werden und schliesslich zu den Ausgängen A1, A2 und Ai gelangen. Der Signalteiler 40 umfasst vorzugsweise zwei oder mehr Kondensatoren C1, C2 und Ci. Die Messanordnung mit dem piezoelektrischen Sensor 10 dient vornehmlich zur Messung von Kräften, Drücken, Dehnungen, Momenten oder Beschleunigungen.
