The invention discloses a pulse water distributor which comprises a wastewater storage tank, a water inlet pipe, a bell-shaped siphon cover, an exhaust pipe, a hydraulic float valve and a siphon drain pipe. The wastewater storage tank is communicated with the water inlet pipe, the bell-shaped siphon cover is arranged in the wastewater storage tank, the exhaust pipe is led out of the top of the bell-shaped siphon cover, the hydraulic float valve is arranged at the upper end of the exhaust pipe, and the siphon drain pipe is led out of the bottom of the bell-shaped siphon cover. The bottom of the bell-shaped siphon cover is communicated with the wastewater storage tank, and the bottom of the exhaust pipe is communicated with the top of the bell-shaped siphon cover.
