A main phase of the carbon-containing sintered permanent magnetic ferrite is MO.nFe2O3, wherein n is 5.0-6.5, M contains a metal element of Sr or Ba or Ca or the mixture thereof, the permanent magnetic ferrite contains 0.02%-0.1% by weight of carbon element, and the content by weight of the carbon in insoluble matters in hydrochloric acid is 0.1%-10%.
