L'invention concerne un hydrogel hétérogène hybride et son procédé de préparation. L'hydrogel est un copolymère dérivé des monomères suivants : - un monomère dendrimère comportant un noyau central A, des branches dendritiques macromoléculaires de poly(oxyéthylène) et au moins une des branches dendritiques fonctionnalisée par un radical acrylate ou méthacrylate, - un méthacrylamide N-substitué ou acrylamide N-substitué, et - un matériau copolymérisable bioactif choisi parmi le groupe consistant en un dérivé d'un sucre complexe, un dérivé d'un peptide d'adhérence à un tissu et un dérivé d'un conjugué polymère couplé à des anticorps dirigés contre des dérivés lipidiques. L'hydrogel présente une structure poreuse spécifique et hautement absorbante et est, notamment, biocompatible pour des applications thérapeutiques.

Hydrogel membrane composition and use thereof

The invention disclosed is a hydrogel composition for use as dural substitute, for wound closure of cleft palate and regeneration, and as substrate for cell delivery to the eye. The hydrogel is made of a copolymer of (a) an N-substituted (meth)acrylamide, and (b) a hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate, which is covalently crosslinked with dimethacrylate monomers. The swollen gel is in the form of a sheet or membrane that is readily sterilisable, being homogeneous or heterogeneous, non-degradable, non resorbable, elastically deformable, and has an equilibrium water content of at least 50%.
