Ein Verfahren zur flexiblen Sterilisation in Kombination mit Gewürzform, wie fest, halbfest oder flüssig, betrifft das technische Gebiet der Gewürzverarbeitung. Bei der vorliegenden Erfindung wird das Nano-Zinkoxid in Kombination mit der RF-Sterilisationstechnik für die Sterilisation von Gewürzen in verschiedenen Formen verwendet. Insbesondere ist es wie folgt: Zugabe von 30–40 mL/kg Nano-Zinkoxid-Dispersion mit einem Massenanteil von 0,1% zu festem Gewürz und RF-Sterilisation für 15–20 min; oder Zugabe von 20–30 mL/kg Nano-Zinkoxid-Dispersion mit einem Massenanteil von 0,1% zu halbfestem Gewürz und RF-Sterilisation für 10–12 min; oder Zugabe von 10–20 mL/kg Nano-Zinkoxid-Dispersion mit einem Massenanteil von 0,1% zu flüssigem Gewürz und RF-Sterilisation für 6–8 min. Im Vergleich zum herkömmlichen Sterilisationsverfahren mit Hochtemperatur und Hochdruck hat die kollaborative Sterilisation von Nano-Zinkoxid und RF folgende Vorteile: eine niedrige Sterilisationsstärke, einen kleinen Schaden für die Produktqualität, eine grosse durchdringende Tiefe und eine gründlichere Sterilisation. Dadurch wird die Haltbarkeitsdauer des Gewürzes erheblich verlängert, während die Sterilisationsstärke mit Hochtemperatur und Hochdruck reduziert und der Schaden für die Geschmackskomponenten und die Gewebestruktur des Gewürzes verringert wird. Das hergestellte Gewürz kann nach Lagerung von 9 Monaten bei Raumtemperatur noch die ursprüngliche Textur und das Aroma gut erhalten.

A highly active supported bimetallic nanocatalyst and its preparation method is disclosed. During the preparation, using an ion exchange or absorption resin bearing basic functional groups as the support of the said catalyst, successively introducing the first metal precursor FeCl and the second metal precursor (PdCl, NiCl or CuCl) onto the resin through ion exchange process; then under the protection of nitrogen gas, simultaneously reducing the two metals with either NaBHor KBH; washing the material with deoxygenated water and drying it, and the said catalyst is therefore obtained. The effective pore size of the nanocomposite membrane under wet conditions is not greater than 1.2 nm. The static water contact angle of the nanocomposite membrane is not greater than 45°. The preparation method of the nanocomposite membrane comprises: adding reactants on both sides of a nanoporous membrane to carry out an interfacial synthesis reaction to obtain the nanocomposite membrane. The method is simple and controllable. Driven by lower pressure, heavy metal ions in water are rejected by a pore size screening function, thereby achieving the purpose of deep removal. This method belongs to the field of dye wastewater treatment, comprising the following steps: A) adding acetylacetone into dye-containing water, stirring and mixing them completely; B) putting the liquid obtained in step A) under ultraviolet irradiation till it is effectively decolorized. Provided is a new method for decolorizing high-concentrated dye wastewater on the basis of ultraviolet-induced oxidation process of phydroxyl radicals. This method can realize complete decolorization of the dye wastewater. During the oxidation process, the dye in the wastewater acts as the photosensitizer and can accelerate the decolorization process as the reaction progresses. The method can also improve BOD5/COD ratio from lower than 0.1 to higher than 0.3, which means that this method can be used not only for high-efficient decolorization of dye wastewater, but also as a preliminary step of microorganism treatment. 1. The epoxy resin adhesive shows little reduction in the lap shear strength performance in the fully cured state if applied and stored uncured at elevated temperature and humidity, preferably 1 week at 40 °C with 80 % relative humidity, compared to the adhesive immediately cured after application.

In the present invention, yellow mustard seeds are grinded at a low temperature, so as to protect the activity of myrosinase and avoid inactivation of an enzyme caused by a high temperature, so that a glucosinolate in the mustard seeds is fully used to generate allyl isothiocyanate, thereby reducing the generation of other bitter substances; an appropriate amount of soybean proteins are added to improve the stability of the allyl isothiocyanate obtained by hydrolyzing mustard powder, so that a main flavor substance, isothiocyanate, is not easy to be volatilized; sorbitol is added to reduce the activity of water in the yellow mustard sauce, so as to inhibit the hydrolysis of the allyl isothiocyanate and prolong the flavor of the yellow mustard sauce; p-cyclodextrin is added to encapsulate the allyl isothiocyanate, and a product obtained thereby is of a relatively mellow taste and a mild flavor without a nose pungent smell, thereby increasing acceptability of the product; the yellow mustard sauce obtained by adopting an intermittence ultrasonic emulsification and homogenization technology is more uniform and is of a better spreadable performance; and the mild sterilization technology adopted in a late stage preserves the flavor of the product in a better manner
