High-efficiency method for preparing xylanase in transgenic rice

The invention discloses a method of producing xylanase with high efficiency from transgenic rice. The technical proposal comprises the following steps of: establishing a vector which contains xylanase recombination genes and is capable of being expressed efficiently in a plant; transforming calli formed by the induction of rice young embryos or mature embryos through the mediation of agrobacterium rhizogenes to obtain a transgenic plant; and allowing the xylanase to be expressed in the stems, leaves and seeds of the transgenic plant. The transgenic rice obtained through the method is a forage rice breed rich in xylanase. The grains of the xylanase transgenic rice can be used as forage for monogastric animals, and the leaves and straws of the rice can be used as forage for ruminants.
