The invention discloses a method for forming a metal sheet and plastic combined box body, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: A, selecting a stainless steel sheet of which the thickness is between 0.1 to 0.3 millimeter and bending the stainless steel sheet to form the metal box body of which the whole plane is inwards convex to form an arc-shaped curved surface; and B, positioning the stainless steel box body in a cavity of a plastic mold of the same shape, injecting a plastic material to fill the mold cavity, and obtaining the stainless steel sheet and plastic combined box body after cooling. The method for forming the metal sheet and plastic combined box body can effectively compensate for the deformation caused by large plastic contraction and small metal sheet contraction and allows the planeness of the metal sheet and plastic combined box body to be controlled within 0.2 millimeter.
