On the basis of the total weight of the oil composition, content of saturated fatty acid is less than 50% and the content of trans-fatty acid is less than 2%. The sandwich oil composition is low in contents of the trans-fatty acid and the saturated fatty acid, is high in crystallization speed and is not easy to frost.
