The invention discloses a solvothermal synthesis method of sartanbiphenyltetrazole, which is implemented in a way that: by using sartanbiphenyl and sodium azide as reaction materials, a water solution of 1,2-propanediol as a solvent, and a mixture of NH4Cl and MF (melamine-formaldehyde) as a catalyst, synthesizing the sartanbiphenyltetrazole at 160-180 DEG C, wherein M is an alkali metal or aminocation. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the auxiliary reaction reagents have the advantages of low cost and no toxicity or low toxicity, and are reusable, thereby lowering the reaction cost; and the after-treatment for the reaction is simple, and thus, the method disclosed by the invention can be used for industrial production. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the reaction yield can reach 95% on the basis of sodium azide, and the purity of the crude product can reach 99%.
