The invention provides an online continuous monitoring method for micro-plastics in a water body. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a water flow circulation loop between a water body to be detected and a container; turning over a filter membrane in the container to enable the front surface to face upwards and filtering quantitative to-be-detected water as a T2n-1 monitoring period; shooting a filter membrane front image in the T2n-1 monitoring period and transmitting the filter membrane front image to a computer; turning over the filter membrane to enable the reverse side to face upwards, and filtering quantitative to-be-detected water again as a T2n monitoring period; shooting a reverse image of the filter membrane in the T2n monitoring period and transmitting the image to a computer; repeating the process to realize online continuous monitoring; and processing the front image of the filter membrane in the T2n-1 monitoring period and the back image of the filter membrane ...
