The invention provides a POSM device wastewater neutralization system, which comprises a feed mixer, a neutralization reactor, an oil-water separator, a wastewater circulation mechanism and a reaction tail gas condenser, an oil outlet of the oil-water separator is communicated with a fuel oil tank, the wastewater circulation mechanism is arranged between a wastewater outlet and a feed inlet of the neutralization reactor, and the reaction tail gas condenser is communicated with the fuel oil tank. A water outlet of the wastewater circulating mechanism is communicated with a sewage treatment device, a tail gas outlet is formed in the top of the neutralization reactor and is communicated with a feeding hole of a reaction tail gas condenser, and a discharging hole of the reaction tail gas condenser is communicated with a tail gas treatment device.
