The invention relates to a thin-film used for protecting a polarizer surface, which is provided with an antistatic coating on the surface. A coating liquid comprises a polythiophene, a surfactant, a binder and water. According to the invention, the protecting film can be arranged on the polarizer surface and has perfect antistatic property, a light transmittance and an antifouling water repellent property. When in the process of installation and transportation, the invention can avoid dust-cling, electrostatic accumulation and water-gas invasion, all of which can influence the quality of the polarizer.
