The invention relates to a biconvex weldable blind hole flange. The two ends of the flange are respectively provided with a convex first sealed working surface and a convex second sealed working surface; the external side of the convex first sealed working surface is provided with a lower closed thread hole, and the external side of the convex second sealed working surface is provided with an upper closed thread hole; the lower closed thread hole and the upper closed thread hole are not perforative blind holes and the closed holes of the first working surface and the second working surface are staggered in space; and an external cylindrical surface of the flange is taken as a third sealed working surface. The flange in the invention is installed in an inlaid mode; the external cylindrical surface can be welded with other equipment, thereby realizing compact connection structure and solving difficult welding of the flange in a narrow space.

Zero-leakage seal can be realized by embedding and fixing the sealing device in the oil baffle and the oil-stopping tube of a hydraulic generator. Combined with other oil-throwing resistant measures for oil grooves, the magnetic fluid sealing device can radically solve the oil-throwing problems of the oil grooves.
