Mass spectrum detection method for identifying camel milk and other seven animal milk

The invention relates to the technical field of biology, in particular to a mass spectrometric detection method for identifying camel milk and other seven kinds of animal milk. The invention provides a specific peptide fragment group for identifying camel milk and products thereof, and a method for identifying camel milk and seven animal milk-derived components in camel milk and milk powder by using the polypeptide through mass spectrometry. The polypeptide in the peptide fragment group has a specific sequence structure and a specific m/z value (including specific parent ions and daughter ions), and the camel milk marker polypeptide does not exist in other seven kinds of animal milk; no cow milk-derived polypeptide, buffalo milk-derived polypeptide, yak milk-derived polypeptide, goat milk-derived polypeptide, sheep milk-derived polypeptide, donkey milk-derived polypeptide or horse milk-derived polypeptide exists in camel milk.
