The method has the advantages of simple process, easy industrialization, low cost, no pollution, wide adjustable range of product performance and good controllability.

The preparation method of the CoCu<sub>x</sub>O<sub>y</sub> catalyst in the present invention has simple and convenient operations and mild conditions; the prepared catalyst has high catalytic efficiency; and using the catalyst for preparing 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid is characterized by high efficiency, easy separation, low costs, less pollution and the like.
