The invention discloses a manufacturing process of an automotive chassis longitudinal beam with high production efficiency, low material consumption and good quality of finished products. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps of: (1) blanking according the sizes; (2) punching all mounting holes and fabrication holes for the bending location and the forming location; (3) bending by utilizing a bending mould with a locating pin matched with the fabrication hole for the bending location; (4) forming by utilizing a forming mould with a locating pin matched with the fabrication hole for the forming location; and (5) polishing.
