The preparation process includes the following steps: pre-mixing ethylene-alpha olefin copolymer and polyolefin in the ratio of 1:1.5 to 1.5:1, mixing further with grafting monomer and extruding and pelletizing in a double-screw extruder at 160-220 deg.c to obtain the interface compatilizer; pre-mixing the said materials in a stirrer and extruding and pelletizing in a double-screw extruder at 190-240 deg.c to obtain the nylon particle toughened composite polypropylene material. Owing to the synergistic effect of nylon particle and interface compatilizer, the composite material has the features of high toughness and good comprehensive performance.
