Nickel-hydrogen battery middle waist welding method

The invention relates to a nickel-hydrogen battery middle waist welding method, which comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing a vacuum electron beam welder; (2) matching a battery shell cover with a battery shell bottom which are identical with a nickel-hydrogen battery to be welded in specification and material, and scrubbing the welding part of a test sample by using nylon cloth dipped with acetone; (3) mounting the nickel-hydrogen battery to be welded on a welding fixture to weld the test sample; (4) detecting the outer appearance of a welding line of the battery middle waist; and (5) detecting a fatigue bursting pressure and a welding line sectioning metallographic phase.
