The method comprises the following steps: 1) fusing a thermoplastic polymer and extruding and spraying the fused polymer into filament bundles; 2) spraying and dipping the filament bundles with blend-spinning oil; and 3) stretching the filament bundles into the fibers, wherein the blend-spinning oil preferably contains 5 to 30 weight percent of sterol additive which is prepared by dissolving sterol into a polyol solvent; and the content of the sterol in the sterol additive is preferably 20 to 80 weight percent. The fibers provided by the invention have the effects of moderate skin care and anti-anaphylaxis and can be used for preparing non-woven cloth which can be used as a surface layer material of a disposable absorptive object in direct contact with the skin of a human body.
