The invented automatic telephone network without central exchanger uses the coaxial cable of cable TV system as telephone line without affecting normal operation of the said TV system. Cheaper extensions are connected on telephone network in bus mode and have unique address for each. The extension has addressing and selective sending and receiving channels. The telephone number of each extension is associated with the user device and is independent on position, so the extension may be flexibly movable. The said telephone network has same function as program controlled telephone network and may be directly connected to public telephone exchange network.
