The invention discloses a method for obtaining a multi-level heterogeneous strengthening structure of an aluminum alloy, which comprises the following steps: carrying out solution treatment on an aluminum alloy blank to obtain a uniform solid solution state structure by utilizing a solid solution-rapid heating large deformation-aging process method; then obtaining an unsteady state structure composed of an unsteady precipitated phase, a dislocation substructure and the like through rapid heating and large deformation; precipitated phases with different sizes and a multi-level heterogeneous strengthening structure with coexisting coarse grains and fine grains are formed through aging treatment; and a multi-level heterogeneous strengthened structure is prepared, and the mechanical properties such as hardness and strength of the aluminum alloy are improved.
