A multiple contact-point flexible bearing applicable to harmonic drive has three contact-point flexible ball bearing, four contact-point flexible ball bearing and line contact flexible roller bearing. Single rolling element has two or two more contact points with the outer ring raceway, i.e. outer ring—flexspline interference fit component. Deformation accuracy of outer ring—flexspline interference fit component and teeth meshing accuracy of flexible and rigid wheels are improved so unnecessary additional deformation is reduced and even avoided. Contact stress between rolling element and raceway is reduced. Slip of rolling element is controlled. Quality and technical advantages such as bearing assembly conditions and lubrication conditions in operation are enhanced. Eventually, operating accuracy and service life of the flexible bearing, flexspline even the whole harmonic drive are improved, which means a lot in practical engineering. 1. A multiple contact-point flexible bearing applicable to a harmonic drive , comprising an outer ring having thin wall thickness , an inner ring having thin wall thickness , a rolling element embedded in raceways between the outer ring and the inner ring , and a cage used to separate each the rolling element in a circumferential direction uniformly;wherein, two contact points or line contact is provided between the rolling element and the raceway of the outer ring so as to reduce or avoid additional bending deformation in a width direction of the outer ring and/or additional distortion deformation in a circumferential direction of the outer ring when the outer ring having thin wall thickness generates predetermined radial deformation under a contact force that the rolling element applied to the outer ring.2. An assembly of a flexspline and wave generator for harmonic gear drive uses an irregular-shaped ring flexible bearing to overcome problems with a conventional flexspline and wave generator: (1) The flexible bearing's outer ring skids with respect to the flexspline. The outer ring's rotating speed does not synchronize with flexspline's rotating speed. (2) The flexible bearing's outer ring made of bearing steel fractures and fails under repeated action of alternating bending stress. (3) The grooved raceway is deformed, geometric, shape, and position precision are greatly reduced. Press stress is turned into tensile stress on the working surface when the processed flexible bearing with higher precision is mounted with interference fit on a cam. (4) The flexible bearing's rolling ball has one contact point with the outer ring's raceway. When the flexspline is deformed in a radial direction, the flexspline warps in a tooth-width direction and deforms in a circumferential direction.

The invention provides a manufacturing method for thin-wall bearing and a method for machining a thin-wall inner ring/outer ring as well as a precision flexible bearing. The method for machining the thin-wall inner ring/outer ring comprises the following steps of: S0. providing a thin-wall ring with machining allowance left; S1: reinforcing along the radial direction and/or axial direction of the thin-wall ring; S2: carrying out quenching-tempering heat treatment on the reinforcing ring obtained by reinforcement in the S1; S3: carrying out corresponding grinding, hard cutting and super finishing on the reinforcing ring after receiving heat treatment, which includes removal of the machining allowance and a reinforcing part obtained by reinforcement in the S1, thereby obtaining finished thin-wall ring product. The thin-wall ring reinforced machining method substantially reduces and even avoids deformation of the thin-wall ring in all manufacturing links, thereby obtaining very high machining precision. The precision thin-wall bearing and the precision flexible bearing can be manufactured by fitting of the precision thin-wall ring and a precision rolling body.

Disclosed are a rolling bearing with fully-filled plastic oil and a manufacturing method therefor. A clearance between the existing cage and an outer ring raceway or outer ring flange or/and between the cage and an inner ring raceway or/and inner ring flange is so small that a plastic oil fluid cannot be filled into a free space inside the bearing fully, which not only limits the advantages of plastic oil-lubricated bearings, but also has other negative effects. In the invention, without affecting the performance of the bearing, unilateral radial clearances between the cage and an outer ring and between the cage and an inner ring are increased to over 0.8 millimeters, a design of no middle guide ring is further adopted for a spherical roller bearing, a pressed steel cage is subjected to nitro-carburizing treatment and the formula of plastic oil, a pre-heated bearing and a filling process for a plastic oil viscous fluid are innovated, so as to ensure barrier-free injection of plastic oil fluid and obtain a fully-filled plastic oil rolling bearing after heating and curing, thereby facilitating full exploitation of the advantages of anti-pollution, anti-condensation, anti-low speed, anti-swing and long lubrication life for the lubricated rolling bearing with plastic oil, which has a great significance in engineering practice.
