The invention relates to a humidity sensor based on a nickel-cobalt-phosphorus hollow nano material. The humidity sensor comprises a humidity sensor body with an interdigital electrode as a substrate and the nano material located on the surface of the interdigital electrode. The nano material comprises the following components: 10 to 20 mg of hollow coralline nickel cobalt phosphorus, 1 to 2 mL of isopropanol and 7.5 to 15 [mu] L of naphthol diluted with isopropanol. The hollow coralline nickel cobalt phosphorus comprises the following components: 0.3 g of Ni (NO3) 2.6 H2O, 0.3 g of Co (NO3) 2.6 H2O, 0.1 g of Ag2WO4, 1 g of PVP (polyvinylpyrrolidone), 1 g of urea, 10 mL of deionized water and 70 mL of absolute ethyl alcohol. According to the humidity sensor based on the nickel-cobalt-phosphorus hollow nano material, the problems that an existing common humidity sensor is generally small in application range, poor in material performance, not novel in material and the like can be solved.
