By this technology, the metallographic structure of 40 Cr may be changed into mixed metallographic structure of rod-like ferrite and stripe-like martensite; thus fine mechanical properties may be assured. Treatment of 40 Cr by this technology may save about 1.50 yuan per kg than that of original technological refining.

The invention discloses a method for removing photoresist. The method comprises the following steps: providing a substrate which comprises patterned photoresist; carrying out ion implantation on the substrate; carrying out non-oxidation pretreatment on the substrate, wherein the treatment conditions of hydrogen, carrier gas and plasma are provided during the non-oxidation pretreatment; and stripping the photoresist from the substrate, thereby completely removing the photoresist. The method can be used for smoothly removing the photoresist material layer on the premise of considering the integrity of the polysilicon circuit on the substrate.

Its constituents include (by weight percentage): C 3.0-3.8, Si 2.5-3.7, Mn 0.25-0.50, S less than 0.02, P eless than 0.08, Re 0.02-0.05, Mg 0.03-0.045, the remainder being Fe. The furnace charge of above constituents is fed into furnace for smelting according to the process of this invention. After casting and moulding, it is graphitized and annealed at high temp. of 900-960 deg.C. A side plate for coke-extinguishing vehicle made of nodular cast iron with resistant property to instant cooling and instant heating may be obtained.
