The tiamulin micro-capsule preparation is obtained by adding tiamulin raw powder medicine in hydrogenated vegetable oil containing magnesium stearate and tripolyglycerol monostearate, and adequately and uniformly stirring, then adding the materials above in an aqueous solution containing chitosan, pectin and tween-80, and carrying out cooling treatment. The preparation method is scientific, simple and practicable, high in medicine encapsulation rate and recovery rate, adjustable in particle size according to the particle size of the raw material medicine and the dosage of a coating wall material. Clinical tests prove that the preparation method disclosed by the invention is capable of improving palatability and good in slow-release action, and provides an efficient tiamulin micro-capsule preparation for veterinary clinically.
