A horizontal axial flow wind driven generator is arranged in a silo exhaust outlet of the metro tunnel; a bell-mouth pipeline is connected with an air input end of the wind driven generator to form a wind tunnel, so as to reduce resistance of the wind driven generator to the wind. The electrical energy generated by the wind driven generator passes through a rectifying filter circuit, an inverter circuit, and an alternating current boosted circuit to generate stable 220 V alternating current, so that the device can sustainably and continuously supply electricity.
