Balance adjustment device for pumping units

The invention discloses a balance adjustment device for pumping units. The balance adjustment device comprises a rack, a steel channel, a balance box, a reducer, an electromagnetic brake motor, a reducer output shaft gear, a control cabinet and a beam arm. The rack is disposed on the steel channel. The balance box is disposed inside the steel channel. A body of the balance adjustment device is fixed on the beam arm. The reducer output shaft gear meshes with the rack. The balance box is connected with a control cabinet. The electromagnetic brake motor is connected with the reducer output shaft gear. The electromagnetic brake motor and the reducer output shaft gear are disposed inside the balance box. The motor and the balance box are integrated; balance torque change curves are maximally fitted with load torque curves by changing the balance force of arm of the balance box; the pumping unit is relatively balanced.
