The invention relates to an integrated high-temperature-resistant rigid heat insulation component and a production method thereof. The integrated high-temperature-resistant rigid heat insulation component comprises a rigid fiber heat insulation layer, an aerogel permeation layer permeated into the rigid fiber heat insulation layer and a fiber fabric panel reinforced layer arranged on at least one side of the rigid fiber heat insulation layer. The production method includes steps of preparing of rigid aerogel composite materials, anti-permeation treatment of the heat insulation layer, compositing of the panel reinforced layer and the heat insulation layer, preparing of ceramic-based panel materials and the like. The integrated high-temperature-resistant rigid heat insulation component produced in the method has high strength, good heat insulation performance and excellent anti-scouring performance and can be used as outer heat-proof materials.
