一種輪椅定速安全裝置，係以一馬達帶動一傳動軸轉動，該傳動軸兩端分別固定一摩擦傳動輪，該摩擦傳動輪與該輪椅之左、右輪子迫緊靠合，以控制該輪椅於設定的速度行進；一三軸加速規偵測輪椅的傾斜角，並配合一旋轉圓盤設於該輪椅的輪軸上，該旋轉圓盤周圓設有等間隔的放射狀槽孔，應用一光感測器對該旋轉圓盤的槽孔偵測其脈波數，經一微控制器接收處理運作；當速度超過預設值，即表示該路面較傾斜，該微控制器輸出信號至馬達減速，相對控制該傳動輪對該輪子作減速剎車動作；若遇地面開始傾斜，則應用一水銀開關之斷開，使微控制器發出信號給馬達減速，該馬達即對摩擦傳動輪先進行初步剎車減速行進，俟回到平地時，該水銀開關即接通，使微控制器控制馬達回復原設定之速度行進，俾協助殘障者乘坐輪椅時，如遇有不同路況，提供下坡道路正確判斷，達到定速及安全之效果者。

一種視障者用打地鼠機，係以一般打地鼠機為基礎，在擊槌上設一按押開關，於敲擊到地鼠時，該按押開關導通，同時配合該地鼠上的感測器，使該微處理器接收來自該按押開關及各地鼠的感測器，經兩者訊號判斷該地鼠是否擊中，若擊中，喇叭即發出擊中聲響告知視障者，並將擊中之訊息由微處理器記憶儲存；另，由於該地鼠之竄出與縮回係以微處理器之程式控制其速度與頻率，且該地鼠設置有近有遠，因此在該各地鼠位置上分別設置喇叭，當地鼠竄起會產生聲響，離視障者較近者之聲音較小，反之，較遠者較大，且以視障者以聽力辨別聲音方向，即可供視障者辨別地鼠竄出方位，以提供視障者手持擊槌對該竄起之地鼠敲擊，達到視障者娛樂及訓練聽力外，更可提供手部肌肉之運動者。

一種視障者用打橋牌機，係將可供視障者之點字撲克牌上，開設兩個感測撲克牌是否就定位之第一、二定位孔及四個二進位定義孔，以及兩個判斷花色感測孔；前述撲克牌第一、第二定位孔分別對應在機上盒之第一、第二定位感測器；該四個二進位定義孔對應機上盒之四個二進位定義感測器；該兩個判斷花色感測孔分別對應機上盒之兩個判斷花色感測器；前述機上盒之四邊分別具有前述相同的各感測器，可供四位視障者分別位於機上盒之四個側邊，藉本人觸模該可辨識撲克牌之花色，再將該撲克牌置於該側邊上，藉各感測器判斷該視障者所持撲克牌之花色與大小，當整個牌局完全終止時，感測電路即說明各家所贏牌數，並判定何者為勝方，確實能提供視障者在公平性與趣味性外，亦能增進互動聯絡感情，增加生活樂趣者。
