The present invention relates to a disposable covering sheet which is moisture vapour permeable and liquid impermeable and has odour control properties and, if desired, also active agent releasing properties. An improved orthopedic head pillow enables a user to maintain correct spinal alignment while sleeping in a variety of positions. The pillow has a stuffed resilient body formed from cloth cover having a generally rectangular central aperture. For one embodiment, pillow dimensions are about 48 cm by 76 cm, with a 10 cm by 15 cm central aperture that is aligned so that its longitudinal axis is aligned with the pillow's lateral axis of symmetry. The present invention relates to an anatomically shaped pillow that, in particular, can be used as a whole-body pillow comprising, when viewed in plan view, at least one curved portion and at least one comparatively elongated middle portion for the body region, which middle portion makes a transition to the curved portion, wherein at least one limb of the pillow is provided for the head region, and at least one limb of the pillow is provided for the body region. It is the object of the invention to create an anatomically shaped pillow that provides a resting person in a largely stretched-out state or with the legs only slightly bent in a natural sleeping position both with support along the body, and with support in the head region. The length of the scarf is sufficient to cover pillows placed on a made bed of standard size, with the opposite first and second ends reaching opposite first and second edges of the bed. The width of the scarf is sufficient so that its top edge hides the top edge of a pillow on the made bed, and the bottom edge hides the bottom edge of the pillow on the made bed. Anti-Snoring Multiple Height and Slope Pillow

This invention relates to pillows, specifically to a pillow that provides support for a person's head, back in treating snoring and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. This invention is constructed with firm polyurethane foam, ultimately allowing an adequate support of the head and neck with three different heights and angles to support the head and neck in what is generally described as a “Fowler's Position” where the person is sitting straight up or leaning slightly back. The invention achieves the Fowler's position by having the person lying on the bed in a supine position using the pillow which has angles to rest the head on steps that allow the head and neck to be position at heights from 3, 6 or 11.5 inches. The head will rest on a “step” that will vary from 40 degrees, 34 degrees or 11.3 degrees. The person using the pillow will determine the proper combination of pillow height and angle that works best for positioning the user's head for comfort and snoring reduction or elimination.

The second pillow structure overhangs the first pillow structure so as to define an overhang region. The method includes the step of adjusting the second pillow structure so as to position a sleeping surface of the second pillow structure at an angle between about 20 degrees and 60 degrees relative to a horizontal reference surface.
