From this, a comparison is made between the energy of the residual voltage with a fractional energy of the 3 rd harmonic neutral voltage. Based on this comparison, an alarm or trip condition is signaled when the energy of the residual voltage is greater than the fractional energy of the 3 rd harmonic neutral voltage. The invention further includes adaptive relays and systems utilizing the adaptive relays, along with methods of producing power using the adaptive relays.

A separator unit is a cleaning auxiliary tool to be inserted into an air/water feeding cylinder. The separator unit includes a partition plate for partitioning an air feeding conduit side and a water feeding conduit side, and two elastic members in an air/water feeding cylinder. The two elastic members are arranged at an outer circumferential side of the partition plate. Aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to sanitizing wipe that provides a visual indication that a sufficient amount of abrasive scrubbing has occurred for a given period of time to properly sterilize various medical devices and medical equipment including needless intravenous hub-and-port systems. The sanitizing wipe can change color when used to properly sanitize medical equipment. The sanitizing swab can comprise a plurality of layers of non-woven material (e.g., cotton) in addition to an indicating film disposed between two layers of non-woven material. The indicating film can comprise a polymeric film and a plurality of microencapsulated dyes incorporated into the polymeric film. The microencapsulated dyes can be adapted to burst upon sufficient force being applied thereto, and the bursting of the microencapsulated dyes can cause the sanitizing wipe to undergo a change in visual state (e.g., change color).

The sanitizer system quickly sanitizes and cools targeted objects and secures the targeted sanitized objects for later use, without the need to transfer the objects to a separate container. A method of identifying and removing biofilm from an endotracheal tube , the method comprising:removing a sample of biofilm from an interior of an endotracheal tube;identifying a type of bacteria present within the endotracheal tube from the sample of biofilm;determining one or more drugs adapted to treat the identified type of bacteria;delivering the one or more drugs through a channel of an endotracheal tube cleaning device to an inner wall of the endotracheal tube; anddelivering light to the inner wall of the endotracheal tube through a channel of the endotracheal tube cleaning device.3. The method of claim 2 , wherein delivering the light comprises delivering light having a wavelength adapted to activate the one or more drugs.4.
