4 з.п. ф-лы, 2 илл. This disclosure teaches a composition and process which makes it possible to remove floating particulates or prevent the dissemination or particulates, by the misting of a solution that readily captures any particulate material in the air. More specifically, the present disclosure teaches the composition and use of aromatic compounds that are semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs) or slow evaporators in water-based carriers with surfactants as the misting/fogging agent for dust suppression. The particulate material is lowered to surfaces and removed by vacuuming, damp-wiping or using a dry cloth with a cationic charge (static cloth). This method can be achieved with neutral air pressure differentials in the work areas.

TWO-PHASE SEPARATOR DEVICE FOR REMOVING CONDENSATE OR PARTICULATE FROM A GAS STREAM

Номер: US20210060467A1
Принадлежит:

This disclosure provides a two-phase separator device for separating condensate or particulate from a gas stream. In some implementations, the separator device removes water from air and may operate under micro-gravity conditions. The gas stream flows through the two-phase separator device and passes through a rotatable vane assembly along a flow path without being redirected in another flow path. The invention relates to a process of creating particles of controlled size by creating them in the interstitial regions in a continuous liquid phase that contains a second, inert gas phase at high volume fraction; namely a foam. The second phase creates a physical barrier that limits the aggregation of formed particles beyond the size of the narrow interstitial regions occupied by the continuous phase. This technique is useful when the particles normally create large aggregates due to the fast nature of the reaction and the strong attractions between the formed particles, and for enhancing the deposition of high-value materials by connecting them to coacervates of controlled size.

DEVICE FOR CAPTURING PARTICLES

Номер: US20210154616A1
Принадлежит:

A device for capturing particles includes a gas-guiding unit, a gas-guiding unit and a mist-elimination unit. The gas-guiding unit has opposing first and second ends. The mist-elimination unit is disposed at the second end. The liquid-circulation unit, disposed under the mist-elimination unit by surrounding the gas-guiding unit, includes through holes below the gas-guiding unit by a gap. A gas containing particles enters the channel via the first end and then the mist-elimination unit via the second end. While the gas flows into the channel, the liquid in the liquid-circulation unit is inhaled into the channel via the gap to form droplets containing particles. After the droplets are captured by the mist-elimination unit, the liquid formed at the mist-elimination unit flows down into the liquid-circulation unit to reform the liquid to be further inhaled back to the channel of the gas-guiding unit via the gap. 2. The device for capturing particles of claim 1 , wherein the through hole is shaped to be a regular or irregular circle or polygon.3. The device for capturing particles of claim 1 , further including a plurality of another though holes provided to the liquid-circulation unit claim 1 , each of the plurality of another through holes being furnished thereabove one said gas-guiding unit.4. The device for capturing particles of claim 3 , wherein each of the plurality of another through holes is shaped to be a regular or irregular circle or polygon.5.
