Сущность изобретения: адиабатическое сжатие смеси двух грамм-молекул ацетилена с одной грамм-молекулой углекислого газа с катализатором магнием и окисью магния в резиновой емкости, обмазанной изнутри "жидким" стеклом. В результате химической реакции смесь нагреется до 1530oС, а давление повышается до 1000 ат. Газообразный углерод десублимируется в монокристалл с выделением энергии, полученной при сублимации 5 грамм-атомов углерода. Кристалл алмаза прозрачен для любого излучения и не может поглотить световую энергию, нагреться и превратиться в графит. Таким образом, кристалл преодолевает энергетический барьер графитизации и остается алмазом. Положительный эффект: за один цикл получают монокристалл алмаза "чистой воды" до трехсот карат (60 грамм) и более.

Способ и устройство синтеза алмазов относятся к технологии получения синтетических алмазов. Цель изобретения - получение кристаллов алмаза в сотни каратов. Способ получения кристалла заключается в наращивании затравочного кристалла малых размеров путем сжатия графита, окружающего затравочный кристалл, импульсы давления, создаваемым лазерным излучением, в области дозародышевого состояния при высоком давлении (около 40 ГПа). Устройство синтеза алмазов состоит из камеры синтеза, заготовки, лазерного устройства, пульта управления им. Заготовка (мишень) представляет собой куб прессованного графита, покрытый слоем волокнистого композита. В центре каждой грани на наружной стороне слоя предусмотрен конический выступ, который при падении на него лазерного излучения повышает степень сжатия (давления) на графит.

The present invention refers to a continuous process for in secco nanomaterial synthesis from the emulsification and detonation of an emulsion. The said process combines the simultaneous emulsification and detonation operations of the emulsion, thus assuring a production yield superior to 100 kg/h. When guaranteeing that the sensitization of the emulsion occurs mainly upon its feeding into the reactor, it is possible to avoid the accumulation of any class-1 substances along the entire synthesis process, thus turning it into an intrinsically safe process. Afterwards, dry collection of the nanomaterial avoids the production of liquid effluents, which are very difficult to process. Given that there's neither accumulation nor resort to explosive substances along the respective stages, the process of the present invention becomes a safe way of obtaining nanomaterial, thus allowing it to be implemented in areas wherein processes with hazardous substance aid are not allowed. 1. A continuous process for nanomaterial synthesis from the detonation of at least one emulsion , comprising the following steps:a) preparing a synthesis emulsion, containing nanomaterial precursors, from the emulsification of two immiscible phases—internal and external; andb) simultaneously sensitizing, igniting and detonating the emulsion at pressures from 50,000 to 115,000 bar.2. The body is stamped by a punch to define a pocket within which an attaching portion of the clip resides. The defined pocket has a planar base and opposing side walls generally perpendicular to the base. The body as stamped by the punch includes a pre-stake for each side wall external to the pocket and adjacent the side wall, and an undercut for each side wall within the pocket and generally located at a juncture of the side wall and the base. 1. A method of producing a wheel balancing weight for mounting to a wheel with a flange , the weight including a body and a clip , the body for providing a predetermined mass to the weight and the clip for securely grasping the flange to secure the weight thereto , the method comprising:initially stamping the body at an attaching face thereof by a punch to define a pocket in the attaching face within which an attaching portion of the clip is to reside, the defined pocket having a planar base and opposing side walls generally perpendicular to the base;further stamping the body at the attaching face thereof by the punch to include a pre-stake in the attaching face for each side wall external to the pocket and adjacent the side wall, and an undercut for each side wall within the pocket and generally located at a juncture of the side wall and the base; andwithdrawing the punch from the attaching face of the body,the initially stamping, further stamping, and withdrawing being performed by the punch in a single fluid striking motion.2. A pneumatic press with high slide acceleration and velocity is equipped with an arrangement trigger mechanism for holding the slide, upper die, and punch in place until air pressure force in tons is exerted against slide opposite the upper die and punch. When the trigger mechanism releases the slide, upper die, and punch in a short travel the velocity is very high. This will permit the punch to enter the part material at the strain rate of the material, thus eliminating burrs, reducing fatigue initiation sites on the part material surface where the punch goes through the material. Also will permit forming parts of uniform thickness, impact powder titanium to form sheet, and stamp parts against flat sheet of polyurethane with punch having the shape of the part. 1. A pneumatic press having a crown , a bed , a slide reciprocatable between the crown and the bed. To produce the high impact punch velocity when contacting the product material , a mechanism will hold the slide with the punch until the air pressure is increased from zero to line gage pressure in the air tube or actuator and thus tons of force pushing on the slide before release of the slide. Than the mechanism will release the slide with tons of force pushing against the slide with the punch attached to the slide. This will permit very high velocity slide with die and punch and in very short amount of travel the punch will enter the material at a very high acceleration and velocity and achieve the strain rate of the material thus eliminating the burrs and reducing fatigue failure sites on the material the punch is going thru.
